對啊~球證不會吹得太嚴格0.0不然阻礙了比賽的流暢度,觀眾也看得沒趣。
不過球證還是會吹一些明顯的犯規

那种情况一般是不会吹的，篮球规则是鼓励进攻。

停球以后非中枢脚当然能移动。但是垫步以后双脚都不能再动

垫步之后就没有轴心脚，乔丹那个球严格来说不算垫步，只是虚晃的时候轴心脚移动了，这时候其实已经走步，不过篮球规则是鼓励进攻，特别是球星有些轻微的无伤大雅的违例一般都不会吹。
